    The Arneson River Theater is an outdoor amphitheatre with seating for 800 for many different types of performances, including opera, dance, music, and plays. It overlooks the San Antonio River and is also the home of the Fiesta Noche del Rio, a Mexican, Spanish, Argentinian, and Texan song and dance summer festival.

    Fiesta Noche del Rio is a summer-long, outdoor performance featuring the music and dance of Spain, Mexico, Argentina, and Texas. It takes place at the Arneson River Theater along the San Antonio River Walk and is one of the country's longest running festivals of its kind.

    CineFestival is held at the Guadalupe Theatre in downtown San Antonio and is the country's oldest and longest running Latino film festival. The festival features local, national, and international film screenings, awards night for best documentary, a 3-day writing conference, classes, and lectures/discussions with filmmakers.

    Culinaria Festival Week is, naturally, a week-long celebration of food that takes place across the city, including some of the best food trucks, special menus featured at restaurants, taste testing, and beer and BBQ events.

    The San Antonio Coffee Festival gives the community the chance to taste many types of coffee from all over the world, meet local coffee brewers, and check out coffee workshops and demonstrations.

    San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo BBQ Cook-off & Festival has a long name and a long list of family fun activities to go with it. Enjoy live music, casino games, Texas barbeque and cook-off competitions featuring cooks from around the world, a carnival, petting zoo, trail ride, student art exhibit, and cattle drive.
